“One-Day Director” Project at Hədəf STEAM Lyceum!

On December 18, one of the most active and exciting projects of the Hədəf concept, “Lyceum Scholar” becoming a one-day director, was implemented at the Qurtuluş branch.

This time, the director’s chair was taken by Rasulzade Rasul!
Our scholar Rasul successfully carried out the duties of the executive director throughout the day. His accomplishments included:

• Holding meetings with the management team, teachers, and students to listen to their suggestions and feedback.
• Taking an active role in management by issuing his own directives.
• Attending classes and participating in exemplary lessons.
• Getting closely acquainted with the lyceum’s cafeteria and infrastructure.

Rasul earned applause for donating part of the award presented at his scholar ceremony to the “HemÜrək” charity fair, showcasing a commendable act of kindness.

The aim of this project is to:

• Develop students' managerial skills.
• Enhance their sense of social responsibility.
• Uncover and nurture leadership qualities.
