“Pedagogical-Practical Seminar – 17” Concluded at Hədəf STEAM Lyceum!
From August 25 to 28, 2025, the “Pedagogical-Practical Seminar – 17” was successfully held at the Qurtuluş campus of Hədəf STEAM Lyceum’s Absheron branch.
The main goal of the seminar was to support the professional development of newly recruited teaching staff, enhance teachers’ experience, and contribute to improving the quality of education.
During the four-day seminar, various presentations and panel discussions were held on the following topics:
- Introduction to the “Hədəf Concept” and “Hədəf Group of Companies”;
- Ethical code and pedagogical approaches at Hədəf;
- Reading habits, modern education models, and active learning methods;
- Assessment and STEAM approaches at Hədəf;
- Effective communication with parents, and collaboration between teacher – student – parent.
Panel sessions organized within the seminar aimed to further develop teachers’ knowledge and skills:
- Teaching programs at Hədəf Preparation School;
- English-medium education;
- Kindergarten models and department meetings;
- Practical skills for technical staff.
The seminar concluded with a Pedagogical Council on the final day and proved to be a productive and enriching experience for the teaching staff of Hədəf STEAM Lyceum.
